Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is the number of calories your body will burn per day based on YOU. Our TDEE calculator won’t ask you to categorise yourself into how active you think you are. We use medical equations based on your own body’s metrics, information that you will provide and Graeme’s knowledge to calculate a calorie goal that you can aim for. We can also discuss your goals with you and recommend a calorie deficit/surplus based on your current journey.
