The phrase weight loss has different meanings for different people; body fat reduction, dropping a dress size or losing physical weight. The world of dieting has become a mind field of information with people now struggling to find the right information or worse, being put off starting by social media.
Graeme’s 6-week course covers nutrition, training, mindset, lifestyle and activity in a fun and engaging weekly online (teams) seminar. You also have his expertise on hand with regular check-ins and an individually tailored calorie goal using his TDEE calculator. You will use MyFitnessPal to help you track your daily calories, but he will also discuss with you how to manage your results without having to calorie count each day.
There are no weight loss course currently planned as we are too busy with our 1:1 clients. If you are looking for weight loss advise though, please get in touch and we will be happy to talk through the options.
It is simple education over fad diets. For the first time I am losing weight without cutting out all the things I love to eat. I feel confident that after the 6 weeks I will be able to carry it on as I am learning about food/diet.
