Personal training is exactly that. We actively listen to what you are looking to achieve and design a plan based on these requirements. This plan is then constantly adjusted based on your results. We have a rounded approach and coupled with our nutrition advice you really can achieve the body or fitness goals you are looking for.
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
We have a well-equipped PT studio in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh. Equipment includes a rowing machine, squat rack, kettlebells, dumbbells up to 25kg, cable machine, sand bags, wall balls, medicine balls and much more.
