How we can help you achieve your goals

ES Fitness (Emma Starkey) and GS Fitness (Graeme Starkey) provide personal training, fitness guidance, nutrition advice and weight loss programmes in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh to help you feel great and get the most out of life.

We actively listen to what you are looking to achieve and design a plan based on these requirements. This plan is then constantly adjusted based on your results. We have a rounded approach and coupled with our nutrition advice you really can achieve the body or fitness goals you are looking for.

You can choose to train with Emma if you prefer a female personal trainer, or Graeme if you prefer a male personal trainer.

Sessions are 60 minutes long.

Our PT studio in Edinburgh

We have a well-equipped personal training studio in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh. Equipment includes a rowing machine, squat rack, kettlebells, dumbbells up to 25kg, cable machine, powerbands, medicine balls and much more.
